ABOUT ME

By using data, evaluation, and structured dialogue, I help organizations make sense of complex challenges—and more importantly, understand what is truly happening with their programs and their people and find the common ground necessary to move work forward.With more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, humanitarian response, and organizational change, I’ve learned that a clear process and space for different perspectives are the keys to lasting solutions.My background includes establishing a hospital-based Patient Experience program and five years as a responder and change facilitator with the American Red Cross, supporting crisis and recovery efforts across the U.S. and internationally.I work as comfortably with executive leadership and strategic directors as I do with the teams on the ground and community members. I help these groups align on the facts, make difficult decisions, and take collective action.I hold a Master of Public Health and am based in southern New Hampshire.
